Chandigarh| In order to facilitate health facilities in the state, the Haryana government is planning on to issue health cards for all its 2.5 crore citizens to facilitate treatment and eradicate repeated check-ups. The state Health Minister Anil Vij said, "Tenders have been allotted to private agencies to prepare the health cards."
